Three Important Steps for Everyone:
1) Pay attention to the Land Use Notifications sent to you ..
Put all dates on your calendar ... deadlines are extremely important
2) Be aware of any Development Neighborhood Meetings
Your attendance shows interest by the community
3) Get your name on the Testify List .. even if you only send in a single sentence
--- you cannot appeal any decisions unless you are on record
